Scrum Master / Project Manager – Digital Health Platforms

About the Role

Provate is looking for a Scrum Master to support our development team building modern digital health and pharmacy platforms. You’ll be responsible for running agile ceremonies, guiding the team in Scrum practices, tracking progress, and helping remove blockers so developers can stay focused on delivering high-quality features.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Coach the team on agile principles and Scrum practices
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables using Jira or similar tools
• Identify blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve them quickly
• Ensure transparency of team progress and status to leadership
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Maintain Scrum artifacts (burn-down charts, sprint reports, dashboards)
• Protect developers from scope creep and unnecessary distractions
• Support team performance management and process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and servant leadership principles
• Experience facilitating ceremonies with distributed or remote teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to track metrics and use them to drive team improvements
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
