Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of backend experience using Node.js, along with front-end proficiency in either Angular or React. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. Proficiency in relational databases and at least one ORM is essential. 


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and maintain existing ones. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring backend performance and responsive front-end interfaces. 
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs; document APIs using Swagger or similar tools. 
  • Translate UI designs into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability. 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications. 
  • Participate in peer code reviews and maintain coding standards. 
  • Work closely with clients (especially U.S.-based) with some overlap in working hours. 
  • Show a willingness to learn cloud services and contribute to deployment processes. 

 

Technical Requirements

  • 3+ years of full stack development experience. 
  • Strong experience in

    Node.js

    backend development. 
  • Proficiency in

    Angular or React

    (having experience in both is a plus). 
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
  • Ability to create pixel-perfect UIs from tools like Figma or Canva. 
  • Experience with ORM tools such as TypeORM, Prisma, etc. 
  • Version control using GitHub or similar platforms; understanding of branching and release workflows. 
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) or a willingness to learn. 
  • Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization. 
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices. 
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team. 


Nice to Have

  • Experience with both Angular and React. 
  • Exposure to other front-end frameworks like Vue.js. 
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools. 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
