You will take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications. Skills And Competencies - Must Haves
- Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Deep expertise with React (hooks, context, state management, component architecture, performance optimisation)
- Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles
- Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility
- Testing experience: unit, integration, and end-to-end
Optional positives
- Experience with Mantine UI library
- Experience with Zustand for state management
- Familiarity with React Query and Axios
Qualifications And Experience
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React in large-scale applications
- Track record of building and deploying production-grade React applications
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
