At XenelSoft Technologies, we deliver cutting-edge digital solutions including mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and web development. We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer (6–8 years) to join our team and build high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications using Flutter for Android & iOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and native SDKs.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve issues, ensuring smooth user experience.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in mobile development.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
• Proficiency in building cross-platform applications for both Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
• Hands-on experience with app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Firebase (push notifications, analytics, crashlytics).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
