Social Media Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, up to date with the latest social media trends, and capable of creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, reels) to promote brand awareness and engagement. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer , Hootsuite , or Meta Business Suite . Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback. Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments, and build online community. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaign planning and execution. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in social media. Required Skills & Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, and social media scheduling tools. Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Excellent communication and creativity skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Good to Have : Familiarity with design tools like Canva , Adobe Photoshop , or Illustrator . Experience with paid ad campaigns on social media. Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
