Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and other online advertising channels. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Staying Updated: They stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company's online marketing strategy remains effective. Email Marketing: Plan email marketing campaigns such as drip campaigns and track the results based on the performance metrics. Website Optimization: Upload blog articles on the website and optimize them as per the SEO standards. Optimize the website as per the latest SEO standards. SEO: Research and implement keywords for better visibility of the website on search engines. Roles and Responsibilities: Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer . Process orders, applications, and forms Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed Follow up customers and ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
