What You’ll Do:

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for mobile and web.
• Implement robust state management (Provider, GetX, or Riverpod) within a Clean Architecture.
• Collaborate directly with our founding team to turn ideas into seamless, beautiful user experiences.
• Champion best practices: write clean, testable, and scalable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and smoothness.
• Mentor and help grow the engineering team as we scale.

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience building and shipping production-ready Flutter apps.
• Deep expertise in Dart and a passion for the Flutter framework.
• Proven experience with state management (e.g., Provider, GetX, Riverpod) and Clean Architecture & SOLID principles.
• Strong understanding of integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• A quality-first mindset with an eye for performance and detail.

Nice to Have:

• Native mobile development experience (Kotlin, Swift).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Knowledge of automated testing (Unit, Widget, Integration).
• A GitHub profile or portfolio that shows your passion for building.
