We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer with 5–6 years of mobile development experience to design and build high-performance, scalable, and responsive cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Flutter, Dart, and native integration for iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Flutter applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5–6 years of mobile app development experience in Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with native development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) is a plus.
• Good understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Flutter.
• Prior experience working with GraphQL or other API architectures.
• UI/UX design experience is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,645.95 - ₹83,367.18 per month
