About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to lead the Finance team in managing end-to-end financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FP&A, accounting, and treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per

  Indian GAAP

• Knowledge of

  Indian GAAP / IFRS

  and financial reporting standards
• Handle

  treasury operations

  and coordinate with bankers for working capital requirements
• Lead

  month-end closures

  ,

  MIS reporting

  , and

  GL reviews

• Manage Top MNC

  audits

  ,

  statutory / internal / transfer pricing audits

• Ensure compliance with

  GST / TDS / other statutory laws

• Work closely with leadership on financial strategy and controls

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  CA / CMA Inter (Drop) or MBA Finance

• Experience:

  Minimum 5+ years in FP&A and core accounting (service or manufacturing industry)
• Experience working with

  MNCs / US-based companies

  preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
