Servicenow Engineer

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. You will act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure that the solutions align with the organizational goals. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, identifying appropriate technical solutions, and developing a detailed plan for implementation. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals, you will create a cohesive and efficient system that caters to the specific needs of the business. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other technologies supported by ServiceNow. Knowledge of process-driven applications will be an added advantage. Experience in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, particularly Agile methodology like Scrum, will be beneficial. Your success in this position will depend on your interpersonal skills, commitment, result-oriented approach, and willingness to take on challenging tasks. You should have a keen interest in learning new technologies such as micro-services, cloud-native solutions, and data analysis.
