Senior Finance Manager ( CA / CA Intermediate)

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS as applicable).Lead preparation of comprehensive MIS reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis.Develop dashboards and financial models for business performance tracking.Provide strategic insights based on financial data and KPIs to support business decisions.Drive improvements in reporting accuracy and reduce turnaround time.Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.Monitor actual performance against budgets and present variance analysis with corrective actions.Support long-term financial planning aligned with organizational goals.Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other local taxes.Handle tax assessments, audits, and liaise with tax consultants and authorities as required.Monitor compliance with all regulatory requirements related to finance, payroll, and statutory remittances.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 members across various finance functions.Ensure timely task allocation, review, and feedback mechanisms are in place.Build a high-performing finance team through coaching, development plans, and performance reviews.
