Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting.
Drive strategic financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost control for MRO operations.
Ensure timely monthly and annual closures, statutory compliance, audits, GST filings, and internal controls.
Oversee cash flow, vendor payments, customer billing, and banking relationships.
Providing with periodic reports to the management on budgets/ Performance etc.
Partner with operations and engineering teams on job costing, inventory control, and margin optimization.
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team while ensuring continuity of critical finance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) preferred.
10–15 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in aviation MRO, airline, or engineering-driven organizations.
Exposure to international operations, including coordination with overseas vendors, customers, auditors, or group entities.
Experience handling foreign currency transactions and cross-border financial coordination is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of compliance, audits, taxation, and financial controls.
