Key Responsibilities

• Strategically visit and manage relationships with top-performing retailers in your territory.
  
• Drive adoption of Tohands Smart Calculators through

  demonstrations

  , product education, and on-site sales enablement.
• Open new retail accounts and build

  channel trust

  via consistent follow-ups and service.
• Leverage your

  existing network

  in electronics/stationery/FMCG to accelerate growth.
• Ensure maximum

  visibility, product display, and branding presence

  at point-of-sale locations.
• Analyze local competition, pricing, and market preferences to inform sales strategy.
  
• Maintain and report daily field activity including visit logs, lead status, and feedback.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for inventory, logistics, and post-sale support.
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years

  of proven field sales experience (electronics, consumer tech, stationery, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong connections in the local retail ecosystem; ability to onboard trusted shopkeepers quickly.
  
• Fluent in the local language and conversational English.
  
• High ownership, hustle, and persuasive communication skills.
  
• Confident in using digital tools for reporting and lead tracking.
  
• Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance will be provided).
