Job Description

As a Senior Field Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve driving sales of robotics-based brand activation and customer engagement solutions across retail stores, brand marketing teams, and e-commerce companies. Your expertise in field sales, solution selling, and understanding of brand visibility, customer engagement, and retail activation dynamics will be crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and approach retail chains, standalone stores, brand teams, and e-commerce companies for robotics-based engagement or activation opportunities. - Generate leads from brand activation agencies, digital marketing companies, and e-commerce partners. - Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to explore branding and activation opportunities. - Deliver compelling product demos of our robot branding/robot engagement solutions at client locations. - Understand client marketing objectives and design relevant activation concepts. - Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. - Conduct site audits at retail stores or brand-premise locations to evaluate robot positioning, traffic flow, and operational feasibility. - Coordinate with client operations, marketing managers, and e-commerce teams for installation, approvals, and activity planning. - Build strong relationships with retail store managers, brand heads, e-commerce category teams, and agency partners. - Maintain detailed sales reports, daily field activities, and pipeline status. - Work closely with internal tech, ops, and branding teams to ensure seamless execution. - Share insights on competition, pricing trends, and activation ROI with the management team. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in retail, brand partnerships, activation services, or e-commerce. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong ability to pitch tech-enabled marketing solutions. - Understanding of brand visibility, retail merchandising, activation planning, and on-ground marketing. - Ability to work independently in a target-driven field role. - Tech-friendly mindset (experience with robots/IoT devices is a plus). **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Experience in retail partnerships, brand activations, e-commerce alliances, or tech-sales preferred. In this role, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from 4.20LPA to 4.80LPA along with an attractive incentive structure, travel & mobile allowances, performance rewards, and other benefits as per company policy.,
