Role Overview:

Senior Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Analysis & Research:

   Stay ahead of fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences to create designs that appeal to our audience.

• Product Development:

   Oversee the design process from initial sketches to final sample approvals, ensuring quality and fit are maintained.

• Data-Driven Design:

   Analyze sales and customer data to understand performance and optimize future collections.

• Sampling & Size Set Approval:

   Work closely with the technical team and factories to ensure smooth execution of styles from prototyping to production.

• Team Leadership:

   Manage and mentor the design team, ensuring creativity and efficiency in workflow.

• Collaboration:

   Work cross-functionally with the merchandising, production, and marketing teams to meet collection goals and business targets.

• Target-Oriented Approach:

   Ensure that designs meet commercial viability, deadlines, and business targets.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field from a reputed institute.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women’s western wear.
• Strong understanding of trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
• Experience in sampling, size set approvals, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
