Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer with strong experience in garment design and manufacturing, capable of handling end-to-end design development aligned with market trends and buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims

Develop seasonal collections for woven & printed garments

Create design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and tech packs

Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams

Handle buyer design inputs and modifications

Ensure designs are cost-effective and production-friendly

Oversee sample development and approvals

Maintain design documentation and style libraries

Support quality, fit, and finishing standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design

Minimum 6+ years experience in garment manufacturing

Strong knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction

Proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

Understanding of export & domestic fashion markets

Strong communication and team coordination skills

Preferred:

Experience in woven & printing factories

Exposure to buyer interactions and trend forecasting.
