Hiring: Senior Fashion Designer – Loungewear Brand

Location: Kalyan 

Experience: 3-5 years

Employment Type: Full-time (10.30am to 6.30pm)

About Us

We are a growing loungewear & nightwear brand, focused on comfort-driven, stylish, and high-quality garments. We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer who can lead design development from concepts to final sampling stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design loungewear & nightwear collections aligned with brand identity

• Research trends, fabrics, colors, prints, and silhouettes

• Create design sketches,tech packs

• Coordinate with Master ji , sample karighar 

• Source new fabrics, trims, and finishes suitable for comfort wear

• Oversee sampling, fit corrections, and final approvals

• Ensure designs are commercial, cost-effective, and production-friendly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in women’s wear / loungewear / nightwear

• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, garment construction and embroidery.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator /Photoshop/ CorelDraw

• Experience with tech packs, size charts, and sampling process

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Hands-on approach, not just concept design
