Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing plans related to Facilities Management, Travel Services, workspace resources, and employee transportation vertical. Your role will involve managing team operations across 24/7 to ensure seamless operations, safer commute, and digitalization initiatives. This tactical role will contribute to defining operating plans based on business strategy, impacting day-to-day management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all facility and workplace management activities - Manage physical security operations and emergency preparedness procedures - Ensure safe and seamless employee transportation services - Review service contracts and supervise vendor work - Conduct regular facilities inspections - Manage financial and physical resources for facility management and travel - Handle hospitality arrangements and liaise with statutory authorities - Manage procurement and project activities for office build-out or move projects - Coordinate procedures to improve cost efficiency and drive cost management - Manage electrical power and HAV including electricity contract demand and power expansion - Manage transport operations and automation projects - Drive sustainability initiatives aligning with business goals and certifications - Lead a team towards productivity and goal achievement Qualifications Required: - Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices - Knowledge of security equipment, CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems, and remote monitoring - Understanding of service orientation, quality focus, and project management skills - Knowledge of corporate travel industry trends and sustainability initiatives - Familiarity with ISO audit standards and safety certifications - Experience in managing teams towards productivity and goal achievement - Technical knowledge of air-conditioning, power, fire suppression systems, and Building Management Systems (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description) Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing plans related to Facilities Management, Travel Services, workspace resources, and employee transportation vertical.
