Job Summary: The Head/Lead Construction Manager shall be responsible for the overall coordination, management, and execution of construction projects within the assigned region. The role involves supervising project teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Construction Manager reports directly to the Head of Projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management Lead, supervise, and guide project teams to ensure effective performance and timely completion of assigned works. Allocate resources efficiently and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide necessary support and training. 2.
