Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Facilities Manager based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of premium accommodations, supervising facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing vendor relationships. The Senior Facilities Manager will also play a pivotal role in budgeting, team management, and establishing efficient workflows to enhance tenant satisfaction and ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Facility Management, Maintenance Operations, and Vendor Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance standards
• Competence in Budgeting, Operational Planning, and Resource Allocation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site effectively and address challenges with a proactive approach
• Prior experience in premium housing or service-driven industries is an advantage
