This role goes beyond routine facilities management. You’ll be responsible for setting systems, managing teams, and ensuring consistent service standards across residential societies.
• Oversee day-to-day society maintenance operations
• Set and implement SOPs for housekeeping, security & technical maintenance
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service quality
• Lead on-site teams and supervisors
• Coordinate with society committees and stakeholders
• Drive preventive maintenance, compliance & cost control
• Strong people and vendor management skills
• Process-driven with attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
