Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining a collaborative and innovation-driven environment at JLL, where your main objective will be to excel in maintenance service programs by upholding the highest standards and practices. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive facility management services to clients, focusing on continuous improvement and meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure immediate responses to priority calls and conduct scheduled and surprise facility walkthroughs to maintain high standards of housekeeping. - Ensure timely closure of tickets and provide advice on measures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Manage budgets, leverage technology, make quick decisions, and solve problems while maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, executives, suppliers, vendors, and client stakeholders. - Coordinate events, handle business moves in alignment with the space management team, oversee mail room and medical room services, and submit accruals with minimal variances. - Monitor and guide Facilities Manager, Assistant Managers, and vendor staff, manage emergency situations, ensure site compliance scores, and analyze vendor scorecards for improvement opportunities. - Deliver high-quality and prompt facility management services to support client's business needs, be accessible for facility-related escalations, and respond promptly to medical emergencies on-site. - Oversee mailroom, medical room, and mothers room facilities, implement technology tools, assist the finance team with budget preparations, and support ad hoc business requests. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or graduate degree. - Experience in facilities/property management, hospitality, or related fields. - Strong organizational, verbal, and detail-oriented skills. - Customer-focused and proactive attitude. - Ability to work independently, handle stressful situations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and effectively interact with various stakeholders.,
