India supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone, and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations and more.Perform end-to-end testing for telecom applications including CRM (Siebel), billing (Kennan), and integration platforms (Webmethods).Analyze telecom business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases.Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testingDesign, develop, and execute test cases for APIs and web services using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.Validate telecom-specific features such as call flows, billing, provisioning, and network configurations for mobile (GSM), fixed line, broadband and TV productsManage test cycles and defect tracking using JIRACollaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure test coverage and quality.Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to continuous process improvementPerform SQL queries for backend validation and data integrity checks.Required Skills & Qualification
Any graduation/post-graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology area.1-4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the telecom domain.Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS systems including Siebel CRM and Kennan billing.Proficient in API testing and automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with JIRA, Webmethods, and SQL.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ISTQB Practitioner accreditation or any other equivalent certification.VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer CommitmentVOIS
