Role & responsibilities Minimum Requirements Minimum 1 year to 5yrs of volume / bulk hiring experience with International BPO Flexible with shifts and week offs Should be willing to work from office (Hyderabad & Shillong) Should be comfortable with a contract of 6 months Statement of Purpose for this role Entry level hiring (Inhouse recruiter) for all programs in [24]7 Inc- Bangalore. Summary of essential job functions Sourcing and evaluation of Candidates for all programs Ensuring first day FLE numbers are met as per hiring plan. Job Responsibilities Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Responsible for OTD On time delivery & Fill rate Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. To be on top of Candidate experience throughout the recruitment process . Screen candidates resumes and job applications from various sources Should be Target oriented & ready travel if need be Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Managing internship programs. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Meeting assigned KRA / KPI as desired goal .
