The role will play a crucial role in improving the performance of our AI based products & systems by providing human-in-the-loop (HITL) support and feedback. It will support our cutting-edge offerings like Fraud Detection Agent to protect the integrity of the hiring process by identifying potential candidate deception.

What Youll Do

• Review and validate the audio-visual recordings presented to you.
• Analyze the data accurately and share insights.
• Verify or correct system generated labels.
• Contribute to the improvement of AI/ML model quality.

What You’ve Done

• 1-2 years’ experience in risk /compliance with good analytical skills
• Proven understanding and exposure to the hiring process.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools like MS Excel, Google sheets to gather insights from the data and their presentation.
• Resilience and adaptivity to deliver consistently on the targets.
• Graduation in Science/Technology along with post-graduation in Human Resources.
