Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries regarding ticketing for travel, Visa, or transportation services.
Process ticket bookings and reservations accurately, ensuring correct details are entered into the system.
Coordinate with travel agents, event organizers, or other relevant bodies for ticket availability, pricing, and booking confirmations.
Provide customers with up-to-date information on ticket availability, cancellations, or changes in schedules.
Assist customers with ticket modifications and cancellations.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all documentation and records are updated and maintained in a timely manner.
Work with internal team to handle any special requests or client-specific needs.

Additional Skills:

Diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel & tourism or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a ticketing executive, travel agent, or in a customer service role.
Familiarity with booking systems, travel management tools, and customer service software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of airline, train, bus, or event ticketing processes is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
