We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the organization’s employer brand.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring for Non IT, Engineering, or Leadership roles.
• Familiarity with campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
• Knowledge of current market trends and innovative sourcing strategies.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
