Job Description

Senior Executive (SPV Billing) - Finance Finance

Bengaluru, Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

Executive SPV Billing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of OPEX-related invoice handling for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), ensuring compliance with company policies and seamless coordination across Operations and Finance teams. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to maintain billing accuracy and timely payment cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with the Operations team to receive all OPEX-related invoices (primarily IT, Experience, and DD).
Verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
Liaise with the Operations team to promptly resolve discrepancies or rejected invoices.
Park accepted invoices in Yardi and communicate details to the BP Finance team.
Maintain regular coordination with the BP Finance team to track invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain proper records and audit trails of all invoice transactions.
Support month-end closing activities related to SPV billing and payments.

Essential Skills :

Experience working with SPV-related billing processes.
Familiarity with real estate or property management billing cycles.
Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements for finance operations.
Strong understanding of invoice processing and approval workflows.
Proficiency in Yardi or similar ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or finance operations (real estate/hospitality sector preferred).
