As a Sr. Selling Service Executive / Asst. Selling Service Manager at Toshvin Analytical, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling maintenance services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include converting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (CMC) and transforming non-AMC, Chargeable Repairs (CR), and out-of-warranty instruments into AMC/CMC agreements. You will also focus on promoting Preventive Maintenance (PM) kits to CR and AMC customers and selling Validation services, such as United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and European Pharmacopeia (EP) validations to regulatory customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling Operational Qualification (OQ) services for Shimadzu GC and GCMS customers, as well as promoting and selling Spectroscopy and chromatography consumables to both Shimadzu and non-Shimadzu customers. Your role will also involve promoting rate contracts for Restek GC capillary columns and Shimadzu GC columns, selling spectroscopy accessories, and Gas generators of Peak Scientific. Furthermore, you will be expected to organize webinars, presentations, and seminars at select customer locations in various regions.
