Role Summary:

Senior Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors/publishers for cost-effective sourcing.

·       Ensure orders, discounts, and deliveries match purchase requirements.

·       Maintain accurate purchase data & reconcile with inventory.

·       Collaborate with Connected Departments for smooth procurement and issue resolution.

·       Monitor delivery timelines, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time availability of books.

·       Support vendor development and cost optimization initiatives.

·       Lead and guide junior team members for seamless execution.

Required Skills

Qualifications

·       Graduate from a recognized university (SCM certification/diploma preferred)

·      2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchase (Books procurement preferred)
