Responsibilities

• Research learning and development practices in order to meet organizational, departmental and individual development needs
• Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programmes required by the learner/trainer
• Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
• Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
• Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals
• Manage the learning and development calendar
• Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events and strategy
• Content development using instructional design methodologies and creating SOPs.
• Designing and delivering practical, engaging training programs.
• Experience in managing LMS platform and e-learning tools.
• Ability to identify training needs, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to identify skill gaps.
• Willingness to travel across regions if needed (preferred).

Qualifications Required

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, plus a recognized Instructional Design certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
