Senior Executive - IT Asset Management

Responsibilities

- Managing IT Assets Inventory in correct and complete way.

- Allocate the IT assets to End users and record the same in Inventory.

- Ensure smooth execution of IT-for-IT changes and upgrades.

- Develop a long-term obsolescence management strategy.

- Optimize capacity management to support business needs.

- Establish strict data validation processes for referential data.

- Optimize ServiceNow workflows for incident, change, and problem management.

- Implement data-driven decision-making strategies.

Support major cloud migrations and infrastructure convergence.

- Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance IT operations.

- Align IT services with business needs through FTS & Generative AI.

• Acts and behaves appropriately and in accordance with the ethical standards of the Group and the regulatory authorities;
• Complies with applicable laws, regulations, procedures and Group compliance standards, as well as with the 7 themes and the anti-corruption Addendum of the Code of Conduct (client interests, financial security, market integrity, professional ethics, respect for people, protection of the Group and commitment to society);
• Completed mandatory training within the allotted time.
