Job Overview:
The Senior Executive-HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving end-to-end people engagement initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
This role requires extensive experience in managing end to end people engagement for a workforce of 300+ employees, including performance management, employee engagement, attrition control, and driving key HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Engagement & Connect:
- Foster strong relationships with employees through regular touchpoints to gauge the ground-level people pulse. Lead and support account-specific engagement activities such as 1-on-1 HR connects, townhalls, HR open houses, skip-level meetings.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to ensure transparent communication.
2. Business Understanding & Acumen:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Develop an understanding of business operations to effectively support people-related decisions.
3. Attrition & Retention management:
- Drive conversations around resignations, attrition control, and retention strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews, identify attrition trends, and propose retention initiatives.
4. Performance & Reward Management:
- Support the annual appraisal and promotion process, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Implement and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development discussions.
- Manage monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition programs to promote employee engagement.
5. Surveys & Analytics:
- Manage and drive participation in employee engagement surveys.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards, providing insights on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement.
6. Events & Initiatives:
- Drive the execution of office events related to wellness & fun at work.
7. Project Management:
- Support on HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience, including diversity and inclusion, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support on HR-specific projects at organization level.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HRBP managing 300+ employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good business acumen and understanding of business operations.
- Experience in performance management, attrition control, and disciplinary actions.
- Ability to manage and execute HR projects with a strategic focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with leadership and employees across all levels.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and project management.
- Basic understanding of compliance and local statutory laws
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
