Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer rollout.
• Source candidates using modern platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain and update hiring dashboards and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Ai/ML,Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.)

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist in organizing team events and wellness activities.
• Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Understanding of employer branding

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, especially with modern tech stacks and tools.
• Familiarity with HR generalist responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced or tech environment.
