Job Description

Key purpose of the Job

Senior Executive -Human Resources is responsible for driving the engagement initiatives for staff & associates cadre in the Plant. The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Accenture to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations and compliance in the Plant is also critical to the role holder.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive employee engagement activities for staff & associates in the Plant

2. Coordinate with Accenture to ensure smooth and timely disbursement of salaries

3. Responsible for administering other HR activities (for example, supporting employee welfare and benefits administration, etc.) for the staff & associates at the Plant

Education

Master s or Bachelor s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management

Experience

2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources
