Senior Executive - Human Resources

You are looking for an HR Senior Executive to join the team and support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. Your role will involve processing employee data, assisting in hiring, and ensuring smooth HR operations. To succeed in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions. Responsibilities: - Maintain employee records including leaves, medical, attendance, and other benefits - Update HR department records regularly - Input new hire information into internal databases - Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies - Post job ads on recruitment websites and schedule interviews - Manage stationery orders and inventory - Supervise daily HR & Admin operations - Manage assets and track inventory - Work efficiently with deadlines - Engage employees in innovative activities and organize company events Requirements: - 5 to 8 years of HR experience - Previous experience in HR roles like HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR Assistant - Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Proficiency in using spreadsheets - Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills - Ability to work under pressure - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Please note that the benefits offered are the best in the industry.,
