Senior Executive HR

As a Human Resource Executive at Neuro Equilibrium, your role involves supporting and managing tasks related to the department's core functioning and general compliance requirements. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective execution of business plans to achieve higher ROI. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment of vacant positions (IT & Non-IT) within specified TAT - Generating leads for a new talent pool - Maximizing ROI from various portals and tools for recruitment - Creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates - Ensuring a smooth onboarding process - Generating new Employee IDs and facilitating induction - Maintaining required data in proper formats, including MIS - Handling grievances of employees or connected stakeholders The skills we are looking for in the ideal candidate are: - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication abilities and goal-oriented mindset - Proven experience in Human Resource and knowledge of HR processes Qualifications: - MBA (in HR) would be preferred for this role.
