Objective of the role:

To enhance customer satisfaction by effectively managing post-sale relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale and ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Manage and update client data on CRM platforms Salesforce etc.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure customer onboarding and documentation processes are smooth and compliant.
  • Contribute to customer-centric process enhancements and experience initiatives.
  • Monitor, measure, and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores to meet organizational goals.
