Job Description

· To co-ordinate with patient attendees, Care manager, patient Service manager, doctors for bill preparation · Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives. · To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sales plan month on month. · Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals. · Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting authority. · To execute the various activities like Workshops, CME’s. Marketing activities etc. · Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the reporting authority. · Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned. · Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals to initiate the MOU tie-ups. · The ability to motivate and lead a team, Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Give individual counseling and guidance to all sales staff, as and when necessary. · Keep abreast of continuous changes in the health care services and be updated with current trends in the market and health field. · Maintain records relating to Sales accurately. · Co- ordinate with other HODs, doctors and staff of organization. · Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.
