Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Business Development to drive customer engagement and growth initiatives. The role combines project management, customer event execution, branding, and digital marketing coordination to enhance brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Management

o

Plan, manage, and execute customer events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

o

Coordinate end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deliverables.

Branding & Promotions

o

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement branding strategies.

o

Drive promotional campaigns to improve brand visibility in the market.

Digital Marketing Coordination

o

Work with digital marketing teams/agencies to plan online campaigns, social media promotions, and content marketing initiatives.

o

Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Customer Coordination & Communication

o

Act as the primary contact for customer communication, ensuring seamless coordination for projects and events.

o

Gather customer feedback to inform business strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, project/event management, or marketing roles.

Strong understanding of branding, promotions, and digital marketing trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
