Job Title: Trainee Engineer Service (Air Compressor Refrigeration) Location: Hyderabad Reporting To: Manager - Service Experience Required: 0 1 Years Gender Preference: Male Language Preference: English / Hindi Education Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering Must-Have Skills: Hands-on ability to commission, overhaul, and troubleshoot compressors Willingness to travel up to 20 days per month Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi Customer rapport and team coordination Verbal communication in local language Good-to-Have Skills: MS Office & basic computer proficiency Organized and responsible work ethic Customer-oriented mindset; professional handling of customer interactions Confidence, technical understanding, and problem-solving attitude Job Description: Erect, commission, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance of air compressor refrigeration systems at customer sites. Consult with supervisor or customer to plan equipment layout and service needs. Conduct on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of air compressors. Perform remedial repairs and troubleshooting as per OEM recommendations . Recommend spare parts and coordinate with internal spares/equipment teams. Provide basic maintenance training to customers on-site. Respond to service calls promptly and coordinate with Senior Engineer/Service Coordinator. Ensure timely completion and submission of Field Service Reports and other required documents. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and corrective action. Record operational parameters and ensure compliance with OEM practices. Perform duties under the guidance and supervision of senior technical staff.
