The role involves close interaction with clients, resolvingtechnical issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionDesired Profile:Familiarity with industrial automation tools and equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.Willingness to travel to customer sites within the regionResponsibilities:Installation, commission, and testing of automation machines at customer sitesTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.Educate customers on proper machine usage, maintenance procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality.Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the engineering and design teams to help improve machine design and reliabilityDocument service activities, including reports and technical documentation.Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.Key Skills :Company ProfileOur client is an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified company in the business of Machine building, Factory --- and Motion Control.
