About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our corporate facilities. This role demands a strong understanding of infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and workplace experience. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to managing preventive maintenance, compliance, and employee services assuring the office operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all critical equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and maintain a 52-week preventive maintenance calendar to drive operational reliability.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in operating and coordinating maintenance of Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) systems and UPS systems.
- Manage the operations and upkeep of CCTV surveillance and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Enforce Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards and drive-related initiatives.
- Supervise front office and control room operations to ensure professional and efficient service.
- Oversee housekeeping operations and maintain hygiene standards across the facility.
- Manage pantry and cafeteria operations with a focus on quality and service.
- Coordinate workspace planning, seating arrangements, and movement as per business needs.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office supplies and housekeeping consumables.
- Arrange daily transportation and cab logistics for employees and business needs.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
What You’ll Need
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in facilities or workplace operations.
- Prior experience with leading integrated facilities management.
- Working experience of PAC, UPS, CCTV, and BMS systems.
- In-depth understanding of preventive maintenance and EHS practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management software/tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
