Job Description

Executive Personal Assistant (Preferred Female)

We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the executive's professional and personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Administrative & Personal Support: Handle a variety of administrative duties, including managing correspondence, making reservations, coordinating events, and overseeing personal errands and projects.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Confidentiality: Manage and protect highly sensitive personal and professional information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Task Management: Proactively anticipate needs and manage to-do lists, ensuring all personal and professional tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management, domestic and international travel planning, and expense reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other digital tools.
  • A proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to commute or relocate to the Gachibowli, Hyderabad area for an on-site position.
