Location: Durga Chowk, Gondiya, Maharashtra

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: ₹12–14 LPA

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in strategic, administrative, and operational matters. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

• Conduct research and provide briefings for strategic decision-making.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• Oversee special projects and ensure timely execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 5–6 years of proven experience as an EA or in a similar senior administrative role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English & Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
