Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance and Accounts Executive to manage daily financial and accounting tasks, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support budgeting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zohoo books, SAP).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in preparing reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries.

Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory reports.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses and highlight variances.

Banking & Treasury:

• Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper record-keeping

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
