Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for processing patient refunds, and coordinating handover to the spoke team or bank.
• Share daily pending dues reports with respective units to ensure timely recovery.
• Manage receivable accounting and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintain daily credit and transaction control activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and payment of TDS and GST returns as per statutory timelines.
• Ensure accurate online recording and flow of invoices in compliance with government norms.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports and financial data as per internal management requirements.
• Handle interest advances, prepare statements of advances, and finalize expense provisions.
• Support in preparation of audit schedules and coordination with auditors during audit processes.
• Maintain documentation and records for all accounting and tax-related transactions for audit readiness.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closures and ensure timely reporting.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and contribute to process improvements in accounting operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Performing for or working directly with the Central finance.
• Preparation of schedule and details for Audit purpose.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle), and financial reporting tools.
