Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

As a Senior Accountant at Mitsogo | Hexnode, your role involves ensuring the smooth financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for recording and verifying all transactions on time, maintaining the general ledger regularly, and closing the books of accounts within the specified deadlines. Your attention to detail will be crucial in handling and processing purchase orders, maintaining budget compilations, and ensuring complete statutory compliance and taxation as per the corporate guidelines and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Record and verify all transactions on time - Maintain general ledger and close books of accounts within deadlines - Handle and process purchase orders promptly - Maintain budget compilations as per corporate guidelines - Ensure complete statutory compliance and taxation (GST, TDS, PF, etc.) - Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports - Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations - Review inter-company transactions and bank reconciliations - Reconcile balance sheet accounts - Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality - Coordinate accounts finalization and assist in audits - Assess accounting software applications and control procedures Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of relevant experience - Excellent analytical skills - Proficiency in business systems, accounting ERP, MS Office, and financial planning software - Experience in India GAAP, US GAAP - Meticulous attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent report writing and communication skills Join Mitsogo | Hexnode and be part of a global organization that values the contributions of each employee.
