Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Role Overview: Based in Mumbai, as a Senior Executive in Accounting and Financial Planning at a leading pharma company, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting activities. You will closely collaborate with the Senior Manager Financial Planning in Mumbai, the Accounting team in Chennai, Internal Audit and Control teams, as well as KPMG Tax and Audit teams. Your proficiency in SAP FICO, IFRS, and Indian Accounting Standards will be essential. Previous experience in financial planning, particularly in an MNC setting, will be advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow reports for the Group - Assist the Senior Manager in analyzing and reporting variances, liaising with Group Accounting and Internal Control teams - Work with the Senior Manager on monthly reporting, Annual Budget, and Long Term Plans - Support the Senior Manager in Statutory Audit and Tax Audit processes Qualification Required: - B.Com and CA Degree - Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Accounting - Proficient in SAP FICO and sound knowledge of IFRS - Experience in handling audits by one of the Big 4 firms - Proficiency in MS-Office tools, especially Excel (including Macros) and Powerpoint - Strong solution orientation and analytical ability - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely - Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills Additional Details: N/A,
