Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance

As a valued member of our organization, your role at Mitsogo | Hexnode will involve ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the general ledger, updating accounts, and closing books in a timely manner as per prescribed deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include handling purchase orders, budget compilations, and ensuring complete statutory compliance in areas such as GST, TDS, and PF. Your attention to detail will be paramount as you prepare financial and management reports, conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, review inter-company transactions, and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding the organization's value will be integral to your duties. In addition to your day-to-day tasks, you will coordinate accounts finalization, assist in external and internal audits, and evaluate accounting software applications and control procedures. Your 5-6 years of relevant experience, combined with excellent analytical skills, proficiency in business systems, accounting ERP, MS Office, and financial planning software, will be crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with India GAAP, US GAAP, and a capability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential requirements. Your excellent report writing and communication skills will further enhance your contributions to our team.
